Who provides your care
Licensed providers through LocumTele.
Medical services are provided by LocumTele, whose licensed nurse practitioners and physician assistants review Nuvelle Health assessments and write prescriptions. LocumTele is responsible for clinical care, provider licensure and oversight, patient records and clinical policies. Nuvelle Health provides the website, your account and non-clinical support, and cannot influence a clinical outcome.
The provider's name, credential and licence are given in care materials and in your account before treatment begins.
What we do not promise
Not everyone qualifies. We don't guarantee a prescription, a result or a timeline. A licensed provider decides whether treatment is appropriate for you.
